Normally in our industries we sit in conference rooms and hear a lot of “noise” and after we get home, we don’t absorb any of it... We have cut and filtered out all the “noise” and have created an environment where you are comfortable in the “outdoors” so we can learn from one another.
Business BBQ Retreat
It started in January 2021 when a handful of business owners got together and said, "we need to get away and get some work done." It has evolved every year with growth, different topics and new attendees from all over the state of Virginia. We continue to build a common bond or a tribe through the outdoors around fire pits, good food and connecting as business owners.
